Can't Hear the Audio on Videos
If you are having trouble hearing the audio, please try the following steps to troubleshoot.
- Make sure your app is updated to the newest version. To update your app, go to either the App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your operating system), and search Pupford. Find the Pupford app and then click 'Update'.
- Make sure your phone's software is updated to the newest version. For iOS, follow these instructions: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/update-ios-iph3e504502/ios. For Android, follow these instructions: https://support.google.com/android/answer/7680439?hl=en
- Ensure your volume is turned up on your phone.
- Ensure the video itself is not muted.
- Try turning your phone off of 'silent mode'.
- Try using headphones to verify that the problem is not concerning your phone's speaker or volume.
