My Dog Doesn't Like a Product What Can I Do?

We completely understand that each dog has different taste preferences and that we may not be able to please every dog out there!

With that being said, here are some tips we have for dogs that are a little extra 'picky' from time to time.

  • Try feeding your dog the treat or chew before they've had food. If a dog is full, they may turn down treats or chews.
  • Try giving your dog the treat inside your home where there aren't distractions.
  • If you're free-feeding, stop and start following a feeding schedule. Free-feeding is known to create pickiness, weight gain, and other problems.
  • Don't feed your dog table scraps. If a dog is continually getting "human food", they'll be much less interested in their treats of any kind.

Above all, please try at least a few times over multiple days. MANY dogs take a while to get used to certain treats or chews they've never tried before (just like us humans).

If your dog continues to refuse the treat or chew, please contact us concerning a refund or exchange!
