Login Issues

If you are having trouble logging in, please follow this list of troubleshooting steps completely.

  1. Make sure your app is updated to the newest version. To update your app, go to either the App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your operating system), and search Pupford. Find the Pupford app and then click 'Update'.
  2. Make sure your phone's software is updated to the newest version. For iOS, follow these instructions: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/update-ios-iph3e504502/ios. For Android, follow these instructions: https://support.google.com/android/answer/7680439?hl=en
  3. If you are trying to log in for the first time using your account information from the Pupford website, first try logging in on the website to verify that your email address and password are correct. If they are, proceed to step 4. If not, you may not have an account.
  4. Try resetting your password via the app. (If you get an error when you reset your password and it says there isn't an account associated with that email, please see the note above in step 3. You may not have an account.)
